The First Truth: You Do Not Need to Fear This Process
Come a little closer. Good. Now show me your hands one by one. First the right hand. Then the left hand. Keep it a little away so that it is visible properly.
I am first going to make you aware of your energy field, and this is very important for your further progress. You do not need to fear anything. If you have any doubt, you can ask me. That is why I took this much time for your session—so that your preparation is done, and whatever I say, you are able to see from my perspective.
You need to understand your life as it is right now. Then, if you work on the process I guide you through, you will become free from these blockages.
Karma Is Not Just Personal; It Can Be Shared
First, you need to understand karma and karmic relations. In your case, this is one of a kind. It is a specific destiny pattern.
When you first came to me, I told you that your old life is almost dead and that a new birth is going to happen. I was already receiving the reading then, but as you come closer to my energy field and remain in it, the readings become more accurate because my intention and attention for you become sharper.
Now understand this carefully. The karmic connection between you, your mother, and your father is very strong. All three of you are tightly bonded in the energy field.
Your mother came with a particular destiny. Your father came with a particular destiny. You also came with your own destiny. But what happens when karmic bonds are tied too strongly? The three of you begin to share each other’s energetic destiny in a way that weakens everyone.
If your father becomes ill, you also get affected. If your mother becomes ill, your father gets affected. The energy field of the three of you is so interwoven that none of you is able to stand fully in your own independent intensity.
Three Seeds in One Pot Cannot Become Three Great Trees
Let me make you understand this in a very simple way.
Imagine three mango seeds. Those three seeds are meant to be planted in three different pots. But instead, all three are planted into one pot. What will happen? All three remain undernourished. All three struggle. All three fail to flourish into their full glory.
But if those same three mango seeds are planted in three separate pots, then each one gets its own nourishment, its own direction, its own chance to fulfill its destiny. One may become huge, one may grow in a different way, but each one gets to live fully.
This is exactly what has happened in your family energy field.
So there is nothing to worry about regarding your mother or father. My purpose is not to physically separate you. Physically, all of you can remain together. But energetically, the core entanglement must reduce. Each one of you has to stand independently in your own energy field.
If your energy field becomes stable and strong, your mother stands independently, and your father stands independently, then all three of you can actually have a much better life ahead. None of you will negatively influence the destiny of the other. In fact, all three of you can flourish.
My Purpose as Guru Is Not to Break Love, But to End Suffering
My purpose as Guru, as one who holds this higher power, is that these three souls should not suffer. That is the real purpose.
So from today onward, your process through this Freedom Project will take a turning point. I will guide you in how to reduce this energetic overlap.
The first thing is this: in your case, you have to stop sharing yourself with them in the same old way. I am not saying you stop talking. I am not saying you change your external life completely overnight. You can still talk, still share daily life, still speak about the office, the work, the people, the ordinary events of the day.
But the perspective must change.
You must stop speaking from the mind and begin speaking from consciousness. You will do the same activity, but from a detached state, from a spectator state, from a witnessing state. Slowly, slowly, your level of consciousness will rise, and you will begin to act from a different center.
Do Not Let the Mind Misunderstand This Teaching
Now I must educate your mind and brain properly, otherwise the mind will revolt. It may say, “We three are living happily. Why has Guru come to disconnect us? Why is this being done?” This happens with many people. The mind misinterprets the process and turns against the very medicine that can free it.
That should not happen in your case.
Otherwise, nothing changes except that you lose the path, because the mind starts saying that the guidance itself is causing suffering. So understand this well.
It is like an actor playing a role in a movie. Suppose a superstar plays the role of an auto driver in a film. The movie ends, but he forgets that the role is over and continues behaving like an auto driver in real life. Then there is a problem.
You too are playing certain roles: son, office-worker, family-member. But you are not meant to live only as those roles. Your deeper life is to live from consciousness. Once you begin to live from nothingness, from that witness-center, changes will begin.
The Technique Is the Turning Point
Now, for the next fifteen to twenty minutes, I teach you techniques. This session is more about learning the method than about taking you into a state where you get lost in the experience.
After the session, I will share a PDF with the steps written briefly. I have also created a video link for you so that you can watch the sequence again and remember the order of the steps. If you forget anything, you can ask me on WhatsApp whenever confusion comes.
This total technique needs to be done at least two times daily, and if you are at home, then up to four times daily is even better. If you are going to the office, then do it in the morning and again after returning. Morning after waking, give a minimum of thirty minutes. At night before sleep, again thirty to forty minutes. If after returning from the office you can also do it, then that is excellent.
For the coming sessions, do only this. Other practices can be reduced. Walking can continue if you want, but this technique becomes the main priority. I do not want to mix too many things for you right now.
Step One: Observe the Breath and Check Which Nostril Dominates
The first thing is to sit quietly and check from which nostril the breath is more dominant. Place your fingers gently below the nostrils and observe the breath. See whether the left is stronger or the right is stronger. Estimate it in a simple way. Is it eighty-twenty? Seventy-thirty? Ninety-ten? Just notice.
If the breathing is eighty-twenty, this means the system is imbalanced. If you want to live a balanced life, the breath should be more like fifty-fifty, or around sixty-forty and forty-sixty. It can vary, but it should not be extreme.
At times, one side may be naturally more active when you are more engaged in activity. At times, the other side may be stronger when resting. But the system should not remain lopsided for too long. If it remains too extreme, you will become either too lost in outward activity or too withdrawn into inward states. If you want to remain functional in life, both sides must learn to cooperate.
Sympathetic and parasympathetic balance is necessary. The vagus nerve must settle. This whole technique I teach is mainly to increase the space element. When the space element increases, cobwebs, negativity, toxicity, and cosmic bondages begin loosening.
Dedicate the First Three Days Completely
For the first three days, you must dedicate yourself fully to learning this method properly. Learn it completely. Practice it sincerely. Once you know it well, then you can slowly introduce it to your mother and father.
Yes, they will also do it. At least they should begin. First you practice it. Then whenever you feel the right time has come, you introduce it to them—either in the evening or in the morning, when they are relaxed and available.
Do not teach them at night in a disturbed way. Give them the technique when there is calmness. After doing the technique, they should be moving toward sleep, not toward disturbance. If, for example, you all sleep around eleven, then one time slot can be used for one parent, then the next for the other, and then you do it yourself before sleep. Each one should later share feedback: what was felt, what challenge came, how the body responded.
This first introduction is for three days. After that, slowly I will continue guiding you.
The Energetic Bond Will Not Break in One Day
At least thirty days will be required for the energetic overlap to reduce meaningfully. First, you will teach them the method and help them learn it. But after three or four days, they should begin doing it more on their own. I feel they are sincere enough that they will learn it and continue it.
You can also happily share my video with them. Let them revise the steps from that and practice properly.
After they practice, also check their breath dominance. Observe what changes. Over time, both sides of the breath should move toward balance.
What Happens in My Presence
When you sit with me and do even the first breath-observation step, you immediately feel a shift. Why? Because I am directly transferring consciousness to you. This is Shaktipat in action. I am shifting you toward the vagus, toward relaxation, toward awareness, toward consciousness.
That is why the shift happens quickly in my presence.
If you practice what I am teaching you, then at the end of the practice, you should notice that the breath becomes more balanced. Before sleep, if one side becomes gently more dominant in a restful way, that is also useful. This intelligence will keep growing in you as we continue.
Step Two: Breath Awareness in Stillness
The first step is simply to sit with awareness on the breath. Inhale and exhale normally. Keep your focus and attention there. Remain in this state for at least five to ten minutes.
Then check the nostrils again.
If even within a short period the breath begins balancing, that means the technique is already working powerfully on you. In your case, it happens quickly because you are a very good receiver. Your sincerity is high. Remain humble. Never bring ego into this. If ego comes, you will block what you are receiving from me.
Step Three: Mouth Exhalation in Parts
The next step is mouth exhalation, but done in a slightly modified way.
Instead of throwing the whole exhalation out in one single burst, divide the total exhalation into parts. Exhale in short segments—like releasing it in portions. As you do this, your entire belly should go inward. The abdomen should squeeze fully. Sound is not compulsory, but the squeezing of the belly is the important part.
This segmented exhalation gives the system a different kind of control and awareness. It also helps discharge inner heaviness without throwing the body into too much force at once.
Step Four: Alternate Nostril Breathing Starting from the Left
The next step is alternate nostril breathing, but I teach it here with very clear precision.
Start from the left nostril. Close the right nostril and inhale very slowly through the left. Then close the left and exhale through the right. After that, inhale through the right and exhale through the left.
That is one complete cycle.
Do it for eleven to twenty-one rounds.
The starting point should always be the left side. Do it slowly, gently, and with presence. Later, in the refined form of the technique, after inhaling you can hold very briefly for one second and then exhale slowly. Again inhale from the other side, hold for one second, and exhale slowly. The purpose of this is to increase the space element and bring further balance into the system.
Step Five: External Kumbhak
After the alternate nostril breathing comes external kumbhak.
Inhale naturally. Exhale completely through the mouth. Then hold the breath out for a few seconds—three to five seconds, or as comfortably possible without strain. This is not about violence against the body. It is about awareness, control, and measured expansion of inner space.
This step helps create a different energetic condition in the system. It builds stability, clears inner density, and supports the transformation process at a deeper level.
Step Six: Lie Down with the Hands on the Navel
The last step is to lie down slowly and place your hands on the navel area. For the first few breaths, stay fully aware of the movement. After that, allow the body to loosen. If sleep comes, let it come. If drowsiness comes, let it come.
At least for ten minutes, maintain the hands on the navel in this conscious position. Ideally, remain in the overall state for thirty minutes. If you change position later because of comfort, that is fine, but the initial conscious period must be done properly.
This final step helps seal the transmission and lets the body absorb the shift. It is especially powerful when done at night before sleep.
This Practice Is Not Only for You
After three days, keep me updated every twenty-four hours. Then you will begin teaching your mother and father. You will guide them step by step just as I guided you. Rest of the details we can discuss later, but this must be done first.
This is not only your freedom. This is the freedom of the whole energetic knot in the family.
You are receiving it first because you are ready to become the turning point.
Why Conscious Detachment Is the Real Love
Understand this deeply: reducing energetic over-attachment is not a lack of love. It is a higher form of love.
When people remain tightly entangled, they may call it closeness, but often it becomes mutual interference. Real love allows each soul to stand independently, breathe independently, strengthen independently, and still remain connected with warmth and respect.
That is what I want for you, your mother, and your father.
Not coldness. Not emotional rejection. Not rebellion. But consciousness. Space. Strength. Independent energy fields. Detached love.
The New Birth Begins with Space
You came to me because the old life had already reached its limit. The new birth had to begin. But a new life cannot be born inside the same old energetic suffocation. Space is needed. Breath is needed. balance is needed. Witnessing is needed.
That is why this whole process is aimed at increasing the space element inside you.
When space increases, negativity loosens. When space increases, karmic knots begin weakening. When space increases, you stop acting from inherited mental patterns and start living from consciousness.
And once consciousness becomes your center, the same life continues outwardly, but inwardly everything is different.
You Are Not Here to Repeat an Inherited Destiny
You are not here merely to remain the son, the employee, the one who carries emotional weight for the whole family. You are not here to repeat an inherited destiny mechanically.
You are here to awaken, to become conscious, and to live from that vastness. Once you begin living from that spectator state, that detached state, that nothingness, your real life begins.
Then you can still talk, still work, still care, still love—but you do not drown in the emotional atmosphere of everybody else.
You remain rooted in your own energy field.
The Real Shift Is from Entanglement to Consciousness
This entire discourse can be reduced to one essential shift: you must move from entanglement to consciousness.
From shared suffering to independent strength.
From karmic congestion to inner space.
From emotional over-identification to detached love.
From old family destiny to awakened individual destiny.
This is the real turning point.
