Why Kundalini Heals You by Pulling You Out of the Matrix

Background

This discourse by Guru Sanju is a direct teaching on Kundalini, consciousness, brain and nervous system recovery, freedom from mental disturbance, and the deeper purpose of life beyond social conditioning. At the heart of this discourse is a clear message: when Kundalini awakens in a person whose system has already been strained by drugs, stress, fear, and civilization-driven living, the person can feel mentally broken, spiritually confused, and physically unstable. But this crisis is not the final truth. It can become the beginning of a new life if the person learns to return to consciousness, flow, nature, and the instinctive intelligence of the body. In this teaching, I explain how inflammation, nervous-system overactivation, lack of oxygenation, social conditioning, and fear trap a person in freeze mode, and why healing begins when one stops living according to the matrix and starts living according to one’s real energy. I also unfold the larger vision of destiny, freedom, travel, purpose, stillness, and the state of nothingness that Kundalini ultimately wants you to realize.

Your Life Is Not Meant to Be Lived Only from the Mind

You may get glimpses of consciousness, stillness, or freedom, but a glimpse is not enough. The real work is to become stable in that state. That stability does not come from imagination. It comes from practice, from alignment, and from returning again and again to your center.

Most people live in the head. They think life is thought, identity, memory, social image, career pressure, family pressure, and the endless noise of the mind. But the moment your body begins to wake up and your consciousness begins to rise, you realize something else: your real life is not meant to be lived from the head alone. It is meant to be lived from a deeper center where the body, the heart, the instinctive intelligence, and consciousness begin guiding you.

That is why one of the first shifts in this journey is from head-centered living to body-centered presence. When you are more in the body than in the head, life begins to feel real again.

Your Soul Has a Direction, Even If the Mind Does Not Understand It

There are moments in life when the soul’s direction becomes stronger than the plans of the mind. When that happens, ordinary worldly logic cannot fully explain your movement. Your life begins demanding something deeper—something more real, more alive, more dangerous, more liberating.

Some souls have already traveled a very long distance in previous births. They have done deep practices. They have reached advanced stages of inner development. They have lived as monks, seekers, saints, or intense practitioners. But the journey remained incomplete, so another birth became necessary. In such a case, the present life is not ordinary. It is not only about fitting into society, following the standard path, and building the kind of life the world calls success. The soul is trying to complete something much bigger.

When such a soul takes birth again, it may still appear young from the worldly perspective, but the energy within it is carrying ancient momentum. That is why the person feels pulled toward freedom, toward travel, toward discovery, toward consciousness, toward something beyond the matrix.

Your Real Evolution Demands Adventure, Not Just Obedience

Some people are not meant to remain confined inside the patterns of civilized life. Their soul wants movement, challenge, uncertainty, mountains, forests, nature, risk, exploration, expansion, and real-time living. Such a person often discovers themselves not by sitting safely in social comfort, but by going into life directly.

The instinctive brain begins taking precedence over the mental brain. The body begins guiding more than the overthinking mind. Adventure, trekking, mountaineering, forests, travel, danger, and direct experience start awakening something powerful inside. Masculine energy grows. Leadership grows. Clarity grows. The person stops feeling like a child trapped in mental conditioning and begins becoming a being who can meet life directly.

This does not mean reckless escape. It means that over the next few years, your life may naturally move away from confinement and toward discovery. Slowly, slowly, slowly, the matrix begins losing its grip.

The Purpose Is Not Just Personal Healing. It Is Leadership.

When Kundalini rises and the life-force starts pushing toward consciousness, the purpose is never only private comfort. A deeper purpose is hidden in it. The person is meant to discover themselves, yes—but also to become a presence that reduces suffering in others.

You begin by healing yourself. Then you begin living differently. Then your presence itself starts teaching. The young generation, especially those wasting their energy in numbness, phones, social media, meaningless mental activity, and civilization’s fake promises, need examples of living energy. They need people whose life itself has become the message.

Leadership is not added from outside. It is already present as a seed. But it grows only when you start taking life seriously, confronting challenge, building yourself, discovering your real energy, and refusing to remain trapped in stagnant conditioning.

Do Not Go Back and Worship the Breakdown

When a person has gone through mental collapse, drug-related damage, medication, psychosis-like states, or severe nervous-system destabilization, the mind often keeps trying to return to the old story again and again. But that is not the right use of consciousness. You do not need to keep feeding the past.

You need to understand what happened in a clear way, and then move toward healing.

Drugs and medication do not solve Kundalini. Kundalini is pure life energy. It is not a psychiatric theory and it is not solved by chemical suppression alone. But when the nervous system has been damaged by drugs, steroids, stress, or extreme inner overload, then the healing process becomes slower because the physical system itself has gone into inflammation and freeze.

This is why brain and nervous system recovery becomes essential. Without that, spiritual progress becomes distorted, and symptoms continue repeating.

Oxygen, Negative Ions, and Nature Are Not Small Things

The brain and nervous system need oxygen, prana, freshness, circulation, and the right environmental intelligence. What people call negative ions are deeply healing for the system. They are found in nature—forests, waterfalls, ocean air, mountain environments, early morning fresh air, sunlight, and living ecosystems where the body can receive what civilization has cut it off from.

When inflammation rises in the body, it often means that oxygenation is poor. The cells are not receiving what they need for energy production, repair, and restoration. When oxygenation is weak, the system becomes more inflamed, more reactive, more unstable, and more vulnerable to free-radical burden.

That is why nature is not a luxury for someone in this state. It is medicine. Fresh air, early sunlight, forest environments, mountain air, and clean open spaces become direct support for nervous-system healing. The body absorbs more than thoughts. It absorbs environment.

If You Want Kundalini to Progress, Return to Instinctive Life

People keep asking how Kundalini can progress faster. My answer is not complicated: get back to nature, get back to instinctive life, get back to environments where the primitive brain can function naturally instead of being suffocated by civilization.

The primitive brain is ancient. It was shaped long before modern society. It understands rhythm, movement, danger, openness, forests, sunlight, wandering, survival, challenge, body intelligence, and instinctive living. It does not thrive inside endless social pressure, artificial routines, digital overload, and controlled environments.

If your soul wants one kind of life but your outer life keeps forcing another kind, then your nervous system will remain in conflict. The soul wants flow, but the social system imposes freeze. The soul wants freedom, but the matrix imposes role, fear, and obedience.

This is why many people remain stuck. They are trying to live a highly energetic soul journey inside a suffocating social script.

Do Not Build Your Life Around Society’s Fear

If a man’s energy is strong, if his life-force is rising, if he is preserving his vital force, if his body is growing stronger, then his life does not need to be built around fear. He does not need to think like society thinks. He does not need to submit to every long-term structure that the world pushes on him.

This does not mean foolish impulsiveness. It means boldness must grow. Courage must grow. The capacity to travel, to move, to experiment, to build life in your own way, must gradually become real.

In the beginning, your brain must recover first. If the brain starts functioning properly, then work becomes possible. If work becomes possible, money becomes possible. But work does not have to mean slavery. It can mean digital work, skill-based freedom, business, independent creation, mobile life, and practical self-directed living.

Then travel itself becomes part of Kundalini progress. Life becomes the sadhana.

Do Not Get Trapped in Long-Term Structures That Kill the Soul

When I look at the flow of such a journey, one thing becomes very clear: you must be careful of long-term social traps. Relationships built from weakness, marriage done from unconsciousness, corporate structures entered without awareness, financial dependency patterns, and the need to conform to society’s normality can all become obstacles if they are entered too early and without consciousness.

The issue is not the outer structure alone. The issue is whether it strengthens your soul or shrinks it. If something keeps you in freeze mode, stagnation, confusion, or energetic deadness, then it is not aligned with your life-force.

You must build slowly, consciously, and rebelliously enough to remain alive.

Healing Means Becoming Healthy in a Way the World May Not Understand

When I say you must become normal again, I do not mean normal according to the world. I mean healthy according to life. A truly healed person may look rebellious to society because society itself is diseased. A truly conscious person cannot remain obedient to collective unconsciousness forever.

Healing means your brain becomes clearer, your nervous system becomes calmer, your immune system starts functioning, your concentration improves, your body regains vitality, and your life begins moving according to your real energy rather than social fear.

This is the first level of recovery. After that, deeper consciousness work can continue.

Kundalini Wants 100% Consciousness

The true purpose of Kundalini is to bring you into full consciousness. Right now, in most people, consciousness is very little and mind is dominant. Knowledge, beliefs, opinions, social conditioning, inherited programming—everything is coming from outside broadcasts. The person thinks they are living, but mostly they are running on collective conditioning.

As consciousness rises, a different broadcasting begins. Then your life is not guided by society’s noise. It is guided directly from the universe through your energy field. Then you begin realizing something radical: you are not merely the physical body. You are an energy field, a quantum field of consciousness expressing through temporary form.

At the deepest level, even matter is not solid. When you go deep enough, there is only space. If everything is fundamentally space, then who are you? This is where the highest realization begins. You realize that you are nothing. And that nothingness is freedom. That is enlightenment. That is samadhi. That is moksha.

Freedom Is Not Becoming Something. Freedom Is Being Nothing.

The world teaches becoming. Become successful. Become respected. Become stable. Become somebody. But the deeper spiritual truth is the opposite. Becoming is the trap. When you keep trying to become something, you stay identified with mind, ego, social image, and future fantasy.

Freedom begins when you realize that you do not have to become anything. You have to be. You have to live. You have to feel expansive. You have to act from the space that is already free.

This is why Kundalini ultimately takes you toward the state where nothing remains—no old role, no old identity, no mental disturbance, no schizophrenia, no story, no burden. Only stillness remains. Only pure awareness remains. In that state, you see that what you thought was the problem was mostly the mind’s conditioning. Your consciousness itself was never broken.

The Heart Knows Before the Mind Knows

The heart responds to energy fields. It detects safety and danger long before the mind creates stories about them. When the heart feels safe, expansiveness arises. When the system feels unsafe, contraction happens, the nervous system goes into freeze, fight, or flight, stress hormones rise, vessel constriction happens, and the whole system becomes hostile to healing.

This is why healing is not only mental. It is electromagnetic, physiological, and energetic. Your heart, your nervous system, your breath, your environment, your choices, and your direction in life all work together.

When your life is aligned with your real energy, your heart expands. When it is misaligned, the whole organism contracts. That contraction is information. It is not random. It is guidance.

Flow Is the New Life

What I really do in deep energy work is shift a person out of fear and into flow. Flow is not laziness. Flow is not passivity. Flow is the state where life is guiding the next step from a deeper intelligence.

In flow, you do not need to force the future. The future already exists as a possibility in the quantum field, and your heart begins receiving the signal of what is expansive, what is alive, what is right for your energy. Then your next step becomes clearer.

From the world’s perspective, some of your actions may appear meaningless. Walking, wandering, changing environments, trying something new, choosing freedom over status, doing activities that bring aliveness instead of social approval—these may look irrational to the mind. But from the soul’s perspective, they can be absolutely precise.

Kundalini does not want a rigid, fearful human machine. Kundalini wants a relaxed, alive, free-flowing organism that can receive life directly.

Life Comes First. Career Must Grow Out of Life.

Society trains people to sacrifice life in order to build a career. But that is upside down. There is no real career without life. First there must be aliveness, health, clarity, purpose, and inner energy. Then the right form of work emerges.

When you focus on life first, your real purpose begins revealing itself. That purpose becomes your work. That work becomes your path. Then your career is no longer something separate from your energy. It becomes an expression of it.

So the order must be reversed. Do not compromise life to build a career. Build life first, and let career arise from that.

Stillness Is the First Glimpse of What Healing Really Means

When a person drops into true stillness, even briefly, they see something directly: there is no schizophrenia in that moment, no mental disturbance in that moment, no chaos in that moment. There is only consciousness. There is only presence. There is only silence.

This is the first real glimpse of healing. Not the removal of every symptom at once, but the direct experience that beneath all the noise, you are untouched. That untouched state is what must expand. The mind may still come and go. Symptoms may still appear and disappear. But once the state is known, the journey becomes irreversible. You can never fully believe the mind again the way you used to.

The ego becomes more visible. Conditioning becomes more visible. Unconscious action becomes more visible. And that visibility itself is grace.

Surrender Is More Powerful Than Effort

A person can lie in Shavasana for hours and still not heal much if they do not surrender. The key is not the outer posture alone. The key is the inner letting go.

When you stop controlling life, stop clenching around outcomes, stop fighting your own energy, and stop forcing identity, then something opens. The body relaxes. The vagus nerve activates more deeply. The immune system begins functioning better. The system leaves danger mode and moves toward healing.

This is why surrender is not weakness. It is intelligent cooperation with life. It is the end of unnecessary inner war.

The Tight Understanding You Must Keep

If Kundalini has awakened in you, then do not ask how to become more spiritual. Ask how to become more alive, more natural, more conscious, more free, and more aligned with your real energy.

Go back to nature. Heal inflammation. Oxygenate the body. Strengthen the nervous system. Leave the matrix slowly. Become instinctive again. Build courage. Let travel, adventure, and real-time living become part of your evolution. Do not compromise your soul for society’s script.

Focus on life first. Let purpose grow from life. Let work grow from purpose. Let consciousness rise. Let stillness reveal itself again and again. And when it does, do not dilute it by returning too quickly to unconsciousness.

Kundalini is not punishing you. Kundalini is trying to free you from everything false.
