I guide the seeker through forceful mouth exhalation, deep relaxation, navel-based breathing, conscious chanting, and external Kumbhak, while also giving a larger understanding of karmic maturity, Guru’s role, and why this phase must be handled practically rather than romantically.

First, Stop Fearing What Is Happening to You

Hello. Are you ready for the session? Good. Then focus only on today’s session.

Look into the camera. I need to diagnose you. Sit where the light falls clearly on your face. Good. Now show me your hands one by one. First the right hand. Now the left hand.

Relax your eyes completely. Relax properly. Focus on your existence. Be in rhythm with your breath. And when you feel tuned to your breath, then ask what you need to ask, or tell me the purpose for which you have taken this session. I will focus on that.

You are troubled by thoughts. Whatever thoughts arise in you, your tendency is to suppress them. That is the first thing I need you to understand. Repression itself becomes a pattern. Then the pattern becomes disturbance. Then the disturbance becomes fear in the nervous system.

So I ask you: what are you doing nowadays to change this? Have you practiced anything? Have you done any catharsis? Have you done anything real to release what is trapped inside you?

Your Problem Is Not Just Thoughts; It Is a Disturbed Energy Field

I will teach you new techniques. These techniques are for your brain and nervous system recovery. At the same time, they will help you differentiate between consciousness and the mind, between your real presence and the mental clutter that keeps arising. That is how you will begin to find peace.

These thoughts are not innocent. They are vibrations of energy creating disturbance in your field. And when they keep repeating, they activate sympathetic breathing in you. They are not just “thoughts” anymore. They are advanced enough to disturb your nervous system, your sleep, your stability, and your attention.

I am discarding all the unnecessary esoteric romance around this. I am focusing only on what matters for you now—how to bring your breath back into a normal parasympathetic rhythm, how to engage the vagus nerve properly, and how to help you get good sleep first.

Once sleep starts improving, you will begin to see that even when thoughts arise, you no longer have to identify with them. They will not take away your full attention the way they do now.

You Are Giving Too Much Importance to These Thoughts

This is what is happening: you are giving too much attention to these thoughts. That means your nervous system is fearful. It is fearful because this accidental or spontaneous Kundalini awakening has happened, and your system is not yet ready to process it.

Your nervous system needs time. Your age is still very young. The system may need five to ten years to build the capacity to process this well. That means your journey will take time. You will progress, but you must progress gradually, as an evolving individual, not as someone trying to become spiritually dramatic overnight.

Right now, your nervous system is scared of all these esoteric elements—Kali, mantras, inner voices, previous-life tendencies, spontaneous energies, all of it. So what you must do now is simple: practice what I teach you. Do not glorify the disturbance. Regulate it.

Repeat the Thought in Front of Me and See What It Does to You

Tell me the thought or mantra that keeps repeating in you. Speak it in front of me. Repeat it once the way it arises inside you. Now close your eyes and repeat it again.

Now tell me: when you repeat it, what happens exactly inside you? What changes in your body? What changes in your mind? What happens in the nervous system?

Good. Now understand: this energy must be released.

The First Technique: Mouth Exhalation to Flush Out the Stale Energy

I now teach you the technique of mouth exhalation. This exhalation is not casual breathing. It is a release method. Whatever is clouding your energy field right now has to be blown out of the system.

Close your eyes. I will count. You will do it in rounds of twenty. After each twenty, you stop and rest. We will continue until the release happens deeply enough.

Do not focus on inhalation. Inhalation will happen on its own. You focus only on exhalation. Blow it out forcefully, continuously, as if you are flushing dust, smoke, and stale energy out of the chest, the body, and the field around you.

Your system right now is clouded. These blocked energies are toxic. Dense energies remain in the form of repeated thoughts, random thoughts, obsessional thoughts, and inner disturbance. From the energetic perspective, this is a real problem.

When bioenergy remains stuck in the system, it takes a toxic form. It becomes like smoke filling the field. When it fills your field, it creates dense thoughts, repetitive thoughts, and compulsive mental movement. But when you flush out carbon dioxide forcefully, along with that, this stale energetic density also starts leaving your system. Then peace begins to return.

If you do not do the release properly, I cannot help you with the deeper techniques. You must do it. Feel the difference. Then move forward.

So do it with force. Exhale as if a vacuum cleaner is pulling all the stale energy out of your system. Keep your eyes closed. Stay with the release. After each round, rest. Then continue again.

Dizziness Is Not the Enemy Here

If dizziness comes, that is not a bad sign. It means the parasympathetic side is beginning to activate. That is actually good for you right now.

After the release rounds, I take you to the next phase. Now go to the bed and lie down in Shavasana. Do nothing. Cover your eyes with a cloth. Relax your muscles completely. Let the whole body drop its weight onto the ground.

Do not try to control the body. Let go of the hold in the nervous system. Let go of all the contraction that has been troubling you. If dizziness comes, let it come. That means your brainwaves are beginning to change from beta toward a more restful state.

Lie Down and Stop Holding Yourself Together

Now listen carefully. Drop the weight of your body as if you have fallen from the sky and have no weight left to carry. No need to control the body. No need to control the process.

Get free from the burden of the awakening. Get free from the spontaneous flow of energy that has been forcing your system into fear. The thoughts of Kali, the thoughts of mantras, the chanting tendencies from previous births—all of this has been carried forward in your field. But in this birth, your journey must restart differently.

In this birth, you must complete your karmas. You must complete your studies. You must fulfill your present responsibilities. You are born in your current family for a reason. You have actions to take as a son, as a person, as someone living in this world.

So all these mental loops have no practical relevance if they are only creating hallucination, fear, and loss of functioning in you. If this continues for too long, it can lead to severe imbalance, even psychosis-like or neurosis-like conditions. So get free from the symptoms by letting the body relax completely.

If Your Belly Is Breathing Well, You Do Not Need to Fear Life

Focus now only on the breath. Is the breathing happening rhythmically? On inhalation, is the belly inflating? On exhalation, is it deflating? If abdominal breathing is happening, then you do not need to fear what is happening in your life right now.

If your breathing can come into a continuous rhythm, then no matter what is happening in you, there is hope, there is regulation, there is safety.

You have not been sleeping properly for many months, maybe years, because of this awakening. Now sleep needs to be replenished. Sleep will rejuvenate your cells, your nervous system, and your capacity to function.

Your nervous system has become too sensitive. That is why everything feels louder, stronger, more charged. That is why mantras repeat, sensations intensify, and the mind becomes over-responsive. If you want to reverse this, focus your attention on the breath. When attention stays on the breath, mind cannot dominate. Memory cannot keep replaying itself in the same way.

You Do Not Need to Be Alone in This Journey

You need to know this clearly: you are not alone in this journey. If you have done deep sadhana in previous births, then I am the Guru you have manifested through that long effort. So you do not need to remain fearful.

I know this process. I have lived through Kundalini for many years. I know the powers, the dangers, the changes, and the practical way through it. So you do not need to panic. As long as I am guiding the process of breath, relaxation, and regulation, you do not need to fear what is happening.

Now place both hands on your navel. Do it exactly. Cover your eyes first, then place the hands over the navel region.

Your Brain Does Not Yet Understand Kundalini

Now hear me very carefully. You are like a child in this process. You know nothing about the Kundalini process yet. Your nervous system knows nothing about Kundalini. Your brain knows nothing about Kundalini.

Kundalini may have awakened from previous-birth preparation, but your current brain and nervous system have no lived experience of processing this voltage. They were designed for instinctive human life, for ordinary sensory processing, for normal worldly functioning. But when Kundalini awakens, the nervous system gets access to a different electrical intensity, a different voltage, a different current altogether.

The ordinary nervous system is not designed to process that immediately. It is like sending too much current through a wire that is not ready for it.

So with regular breathing practices and grounding methods, you will progress without damaging the brain and nervous system. You can continue your normal life, but you must begin progressing as a conscious boy who is slowly becoming a conscious man.

The Hands on the Navel Give Biofeedback to the Brain

When you place your hands on the navel, the brain receives biofeedback from the hands that everything is alright. Once the brain receives that signal, the brainwaves begin shifting. You move from beta agitation toward alpha relaxation. Then alpha can gradually move toward deeper states connected with rest and sleep.

You do not have to do anything heroic here. For the next thirty minutes, if sleep comes, let sleep come. You do not have to stay awake listening to me like a student taking notes. My frequencies are already reaching you. I am already working on your brainwaves in the moment.

If you have a blanket, cover yourself. Become like a baby in the womb—safe, held, unburdened, not knowing the outer world, simply resting in the process.

Do not try to understand everything. Relax. Let go of all the held trauma in your nervous system. Fear has been the biggest trauma that has happened to you. So now relax. Become like the child you once were before this spontaneous awakening overloaded your system.

Let Life Unfold Instead of Trying to Master Kundalini Right Now

Slowly, your brainwaves will change, and you will enter a softer state. The ego loosens. A flow state becomes possible. Sleep becomes possible. The quantum field becomes accessible when there is relaxation, not panic.

Your heart also responds to this. When you relax, the electromagnetic field of the heart expands. Then the identification with the small personal form weakens, and you become more spacious, less constricted, less trapped.

Trust this process. I want you to know that I am powerful enough to help you even from a distance. But only if you allow.

You are not yet a mature man in your inner structure. You are biologically older, but inwardly you are still very young in this process. So let time do its work. Let life unfold. You do not have to become a spiritual hero right now.

You can focus on your studies. You can improve your attention span. You can live simply. You can do age-appropriate things. You do not have to make Kundalini your full-time obsession.

The Next Ten Years Are for Growth, Not Spiritual Drama

You are destined to be free in this birth, yes. But freedom will unfold with time. You do not need to do dramatic spiritual work right now. You can take one day at a time.

Whenever the thoughts disturb you, use mouth exhalation as a release technique. Blow the stale energies out. Do it multiple times a day if needed. A time will come when much of the old stagnant energy has left your system. Then the relaxation methods, breathing methods, and grounding methods will begin working even more deeply.

Then you do nothing for thirty minutes except rest with your hands on the navel and allow life to take its own course. Be like a small child who can relax, sleep, let go, and not overthink everything.

You have done too much in previous births. In many births you were a monk, a yogi, a saint. You did immense sadhana. That accumulation brought maturity of Kundalini at a very early age in this life. But this life also demands handling it properly. That is why Guru has appeared now.

Do Not Turn Mantra into Obsession

Now listen carefully about chanting. Any chanting is fine as long as you are doing it consciously. Do not make it a mind-pattern. Do not make it a compulsive obsession.

You can chant consciously even in this relaxed state. The moment you are present with the mantra, it is fine. But the moment it becomes a repetitive mechanical pattern of the mind, it becomes disturbance again.

You can also use sound with exhalation. While exhaling through the mouth, take out the sound of Om in a stretched way. Let the sound empty different regions of the body. Let it empty the chest, the throat, the mouth region. Do it consciously. Then even mantra becomes a tool of release, not a tool of obsession.

You can do this five times, ten times, twenty times—as long as it truly relaxes you. Any mantra is good if you are with it consciously in that moment.

Your Past-Birth Energy Is Real, but This Life Must Still Be Lived

Yes, those subtle energies are coming from your subtle body and from previous births. That part is real. But even then, your attention must go toward the present life. Focus on activities that excite you in this life. Go out in nature. Go on trekking. Spend less time trapped at home. Engage with life.

This does not mean your past is false. It means this life must still be lived fully.

You are not matured yet in this birth. But the universe does not care only about your age in this life. It works from the accumulated force of many births. That is why so much has opened in you early.

But now you need proper guidance. In previous births there was no Guru in your life, so liberation did not complete. This time you have manifested the Guru because your karmas have ripened enough. Manifestation of the Guru is one of the greatest blessings. Only the fortunate get access to Guru when the final phase is ready.

Right Now, Your Main Work Is Recovery

You are a powerful seed. You have the potential to do many things in life. But right now, you do not need to do anything extraordinary. For me, your immediate path is recovery, integration, courage, and growth.

That is why I even tell you clearly: do not jump into commitments without understanding them. A project like the Freedom Project is for those who have a very definite purpose to fulfill in a hundred days and who are ready to take full responsibility for the tasks given. It requires commitment. It requires consistency. It requires willingness to act.

Your biological age says one thing, but your state of being says another. Right now, inwardly, you are still a frightened kid trying to understand a force bigger than your present capacity. So my focus is simple: I take the fear out of your system. I build courage. I build boldness. I build responsibility.

I transform the fearful boy into a man who can live his own life.

That takes time. It takes technique. It takes trust. It takes repeated sessions, repeated grounding, repeated regulation, repeated correction of false ideas, and repeated return to the body.

So shake off the fear. Let the doubts reduce gradually. Let your system learn that safety is possible. Let your body learn sleep again. Let your breath become your anchor again.

The Tight Instruction You Must Follow Now

So now I make it very simple for you.

Whenever repetitive thoughts, mantra-loops, fear, or mental pressure rise in you, do forceful mouth exhalation and release the stale energy.

Then lie down, cover the eyes, place the hands on the navel, and let the body shift into abdominal breathing.

If needed, consciously chant Om with exhalation, but never compulsively.

Also practice external Kumbhak: inhale naturally, exhale completely, hold the breath out until you feel breathless, then allow the body to breathe again. Do this carefully, consciously, with eyes closed, multiple times through the day as instructed.

Let breath lead. Let fear reduce. Let sleep come back. Let time mature you.

You do not need to solve Kundalini. You need to survive it wisely, regulate it practically, and grow through it consciously.
