Kundalini Awakening, Fear, and Nervous System Healing

All right. First, look into the camera with stillness. You can blink your eyes, but remain still.

Relax now and show me your hands one by one. First, show me your right hand. Lift it a little upward so it is clearly visible in front of the camera. Hold it in the center of the phone. Good. Now show me your left hand.

All right. Relax.

Now completely close your eyes. Relax completely. Take a few deep breaths. Let the breathing remain normal. Relax fully.

Now you can open your eyes and ask me your question — why you have taken this decision, and what is the purpose behind it.

First, Understand the Condition You Are In

Ultimately, before anything else, you need to know the condition you are in right now. You need to understand the condition of your brain and nervous system.

First of all, forget about Kundalini and everything related to esoteric ideas. Do not do anything — no practices, no yoga, no meditation, nothing that you have been doing so far.

Stop everything that you have been doing in the name of spirituality, in the name of God, or in the name of anything else.

God is not an external being. God is energy. And once you know that you are that energy, that is the highest realization.

There is no God sitting outside somewhere. There is no demon sitting outside somewhere either.

What Is Dense Energy?

Demon is nothing but negative energy, dark energy, dense energy.

You get constipated. Why do you get constipated? Because the stool in your body is not getting out. Then the waste material remains inside the body and creates problems.

If waste is properly processed by the body, it becomes energy. If it is not processed, it becomes waste material.

Energy works in the same way. If it becomes lighter, it becomes divine. If it becomes dark, dense, and stagnant, it becomes negative.

What is happening in you is fear energy. This fear is arising from thoughts, conditioning, and many things that have happened in your life, and it is affecting your brain.

The First Goal: Remove Fear

What I am going to do is remove fear in you energetically through a technique that is actually the technique of doing nothing.

I will teach you how to become free from fear.

Are you ready for that?

Your body will respond automatically.

Step One: Sit Straight

First of all, sit straight with your chest lifted up.

Do not remain in a slouching position. Always keep your posture straight and your chest open.

Step Two: Drop All Hold from the Body

Now relax. Drop all your fear. Drop the egoic hold over the body.

Let the body soften. Drop all hold over the belly. Drop all hold over the diaphragm.

Can you do this while sitting?

Just let everything go. Relax completely. Shake your hands a little and release all unnecessary tension.

Step Three: Open the Chest Region

Now change your posture slightly from the chest region.

Tilt your chest, neck, and head slightly backward — not only the neck, but the whole chest region.

Create a gentle curve in the lower back. Sit like this.

Now close your eyes and do not pay attention to anything. Do not pay attention to your breath. Do not pay attention to thoughts. Just relax.

The Visualization of Safety and Innocence

Imagine that you are sitting in front of a lake, in the lap of nature. Water is flowing. There is a waterfall nearby. Green trees are around you. Beautiful flowers are around you. You are in a park, and life is beautiful.

Smile deliberately.

Feel what you used to feel as a child — playing in nature, running around, doing nothing.

You know nothing about the future. You know nothing about the past. You are simply in the present, enjoying the present.

You are looking at flowers. You are smelling them. You are eating something. You are drinking something. You are having a picnic in a park.

You are cooking your favorite meal at home. You are serving your family members. Everything is all right.

You are loving your small son. You are playing with him. There is no fear and no thought about the future.

You are doing nothing.

You are not trying to change your destiny. You are not trying to control the breath. You are not trying to observe the breath.

You are doing nothing. Just relax and feel the difference.

Walking in Relaxation

Now slowly get up. Open your eyes.

In this same slightly tilted and relaxed position, walk around the room. Walk as if you are moving through your house, doing daily activities, with no fear.

Relax and walk around the room. Feel the difference.

Now come back and sit.

Observe your breathing now. See how it is happening on its own. You are not doing anything. Just look at your state and feel how you are feeling.

Dropping the Habit of Observation

Now I will teach you how to drop your constant observation.

Go to the bed and lie down. Take your phone with you. Keep the phone in such a way that I can see your belly area clearly from a little distance.

Now look at me. Take both your hands and keep them relaxed.

Do not do anything. Close your eyes. Cover your eyes with a piece of cloth.

Now just relax. First of all, drop your belly completely.

Shaking the Body to Reset the Nervous System

Before anything else, relax your hands in the sleeping position. Shake your hands like this. Keep shaking your hands. Now fold your knees. Keep your feet on the bed. Good.

Now shake your legs. Keep shaking the knees and legs. Remove your hands away from the body and keep shaking them too.

Continue for some time. Do not do anything else. Just shake.

Now also shake the upper body — from the spine upward, through the torso. Let the whole upper body vibrate.

Good. Just relax and keep shaking.

This is not some extraordinary esoteric technique. It is simply a physical movement to recalibrate your nervous system. Your nervous system instinctively knows how to release itself.

You will do this for five to ten minutes when you do it on your own.

Complete Relaxation After Shaking

After that, drop your legs and do not do anything for some time. Relax as if you are very tired. You have no control over life, no control over anything.

Put your hands away from the body. Do not observe anything. Just relax completely.

You will do this relaxation for ten to fifteen minutes, with no hold over the body.

And now see — your belly breathing has already started happening on its own.

You did not do anything to change it. This means the technique has already worked on you.

This is a very primitive technique. Your nervous system knows how to enter parasympathetic mode. When you vibrated your body, the contractions in the muscles, bones, cells, and nervous system started loosening. Relaxation happened at the cellular level.

Hands on the Navel: Kundu Breathing Practice

Now, without any intention to observe your breath, take your hands and place them on your navel.

Cover your eyes again and do nothing.

In my presence, you can do this for three to five minutes. Later, you can do it for a full thirty minutes, and that alone will give you relaxation.

I will teach you the protocol to follow, and you will see that you are getting better day by day.

Your only purpose is to relax and surrender.

Do not try to change life. Do not try to do anything about your life.

You are just a little child. You do not know anything about anything. You have come back from school, and you are very tired, so you simply drop all the contractions and all the effort to do anything.

The 30-Minute Protocol

The technique I taught you right now needs thirty minutes.

  • For the first ten minutes, keep shaking the body.
  • After that, drop the body and rest for about five minutes.
  • Then place your hands on the navel and relax.

You can put an alarm. You can also play soft songs or music in the background if you like. At first, you may do it without music. Later, you can try it with music.

But during these thirty minutes, do not try to do anything.

How Many Times a Day?

You will do this four times a day:

  • After waking up from sleep
  • Once during the daytime
  • Once in the evening
  • Once before bedtime

That means thirty minutes, four times a day.

Do this for seven days. After seven days, whatever your condition is, take a ten-minute session from me and report what happened in these seven days.

Drop Everything Else

Drop everything else that you have been doing so far in the name of Kundalini or spirituality.

Do your daily activities normally.

Your mouth exhalation practice you will continue throughout the day. Whenever you feel that excessive thinking has started, keep doing the mouth exhalation practice.

Most of the time you will sit and stand in an open posture — chest up, neck up, diaphragm relaxed.

This part of the body should never remain on hold. Whenever it is on hold, it means you are in freeze mode. Whenever it is open, it means you are in a relaxed mode.

Why This Works

When you do this and drop every effort to watch, observe, or control the breathing, change begins.

You have created a neural pathway of constantly observing the breath too much. That neural pathway needs to be changed.

This technique gives the brain a new biofeedback.

This is called Kundu Breathing Practice.

Keep your hands on the navel, cover your eyes, and listen.

Relax completely.

Forget where you are. Drop all the efforts to change anything in your life right now.

Whatever is happening in your life is based on your destiny and your evolution. So drop all the efforts to change anything.

Life is good. Life is happening. Life is in the present.

As long as you are breathing well, Kundalini will process on its own.

You Do Not Need to Control Kundalini

You do not have to do anything to change Kundalini’s direction. What you need to do is nothing.

You do not need to fear Kundalini. Kundalini is not the problem. The mind is the problem.

The mind is created due to dense energy and due to lack of prana in the body and in the energy channels.

When a lot of energy is stuck in the system, mind is created in an unhealthy way. So make sure your life is in flow.

Daily Life as Medicine

Do your daily chores without thinking too much. Stop thinking about past and future.

If you find it difficult to stop thinking, then start doing household activities that involve your body fully.

  • Wash clothes
  • Clean your house
  • Cook good food
  • Keep your body in movement

Do not remain stuck in one position for too long. Let your body move in different directions.

Listen to songs. Be playful like a child. Stop becoming too serious, too adult, too burdened.

That has been the main problem.

Stop taking too much responsibility for everything. As long as food, clothing, and shelter are available, and you have a family, a husband to love you, and a child to care for, you do not need to worry too much about Kundalini. It will be taken care of.

Relaxation First, Action After

Do not think about what has not happened. That creates pressure.

Relax as much as possible.

After this thirty-minute relaxation practice, you will get a lot of energy. That energy must then be used in taking action.

Go out into the open. Walk barefoot. Do physical activities. Live life physically.

You will see that you are feeling better day by day.

This shaking will happen because energy is being released from the body. When you do this diligently for thirty minutes, the system begins to reset.

This is called quantum breathing practice and nervous system healing.

One Week Protocol

Do this practice for thirty minutes, four times a day, for one week.

Then take a ten-minute consultation from me, give me feedback, and then we will move ahead.

That is it.

As I said, Kundalini awakening is a long journey. Yes, it is a long journey. But you do not need to panic.

You only need to take one day at a time and focus your attention on the life you are living right now.

Slowly, slowly, slowly, within thirty days you will feel much better than your present condition.

Rest After the Practice

After the session, do not get up immediately. Relax for the next twenty minutes and then get up and continue your daily activities.

A Warning About Accidental Kundalini Awakening

She is only twenty-eight years old, with a three-year-old son and a family to care for. But the fear of Kundalini became the main problem.

That is why I guide you very clearly: do not do any kind of meditation, yoga, or retreat that is not directly connected to Kundalini guidance under a Guru.

Too many practices without guidance create problems.

She learned too much about observing the breath, and that activated a different kind of mind — a mind that keeps obsessively watching the breath.

Breath is an involuntary function of the body. You may observe it voluntarily only when you are in a higher state of consciousness or when you are doing a practice under the guidance of a Guru.

But when you do these things without guidance, the side effect can be accidental Kundalini awakening.

That creates many problems.

In her case, Kundalini arose accidentally due to too much meditation and other practices. Now she is fearful of the consequences — and that fear is valid.

It can lead to Kundalini psychosis. The nervous system and the brain had already gone into freeze mode.
