Kundalini and the Power of a Simple Life

Kundalini and the Simplicity of Life

I am showing you a symbolic representation of where we have evolved from. This small hut, this ancient structure, was built by a human being at some point in time. In many ways, we are not very different from that person. This hut represents the simplicity from which human civilization has grown.

This mud house may have been built centuries ago—I cannot say exactly when—but it reflects a stage of life that humanity once lived. From the caves to huts like this, and eventually to modern cities, the journey of human evolution has been long. Most people today are not even aware of how long and deep this evolutionary journey has been.

The Symbol of Simplicity

If you observe this structure carefully, you will notice how simple it is. It is made from mud. Perhaps cow dung was used in its construction, which was common in ancient rural dwellings. Whatever the exact materials were, the important point is that the person who built this hut created it with personal involvement. It was customized for their own life.

Although no one lives here now, I can feel the energy of this place. The energy is not dark. It carries positivity. It carries the vibration of life. It feels as if someone once used this place for meditation, perhaps during their own journey of Kundalini awakening.

Such huts were often created by hermits or saints who withdrew from the world to create a personal space for inner freedom. These spaces naturally become charged with high energy because they activate the instinctive brain.

Energy of a Natural Shelter

I can clearly feel that the simplicity of this place has a powerful effect. The structure uses natural materials—tree trunks, bamboo-like supports, and a simple roof structure. It may not be extremely old, but it represents one of the simplest ways a human being can live.

There is even a fireplace here where the person might have cooked food. Surrounding the hut is an abundance of nature. Behind me is the beautiful Phewa Lake, a Himalayan mountain lake. The stillness of this lake is unmatched by anything created by humans.

When you stand in front of such natural beauty, you automatically come closer to your Shiva element—the stillness of pure consciousness.

Grounding Through Simplicity

This mud house grounds you. When you come to such places, you can feel changes happening in your brain. Your instinctive brain begins to activate. Your primitive brain becomes alive again.

The fireplace, the trees, the lake, the raw environment—everything around contributes to awakening your natural intelligence.

This simplicity of life is what Kundalini wants to teach you.

Kundalini Wants Simplicity

Kundalini does not want you to become complicated. Kundalini wants you to return to the basics.

It wants you to rediscover yourself as a fundamental human being. Use your body. Become healthier. Do not fear the unknown.

When you climb places like this, where the terrain is raw and natural, your entire body becomes involved in movement. Your muscles, your balance, your coordination—all are activated.

This place is not structured like a modern building. It exists in its raw form. And when you come to such raw places, the rawness within you also begins to awaken.

Activation of the Instinctive Mind

Kundalini wants to make you instinctive. It wants to improve your cognitive functions.

Activities in nature strengthen your nervous system. They help heal conditions such as neurosis. This is why I demonstrate these practices for my students.

Many of my students practice these methods in their own countries. Wherever you are in the world, you can find natural spaces where you can reconnect with life.

You do not have to come to the Himalayas to transform.

You can transform wherever you are, by searching for places that ground you and activate your instinctive intelligence.

Returning to the Core of Your Being

The simplicity of life is the lesson Kundalini wants to teach.

Kundalini wants to remind you of the human organism that you truly are.

At your core, you are pure consciousness. But as you moved away from your center, life became complicated.

In places like this—with open space, a lake behind you, mountains around you, and simple structures—you begin to feel something profound.

You realize that you are nothing.

Your ego begins to dissolve.

Your electromagnetic field expands. The electromagnetic field of your heart expands. In such moments, the truth becomes clear:

You are nothing.

And this is the truth that the ego resists.

The Problem of Identity

Because you are identified with personality, roles, and ego, you believe that you are something important. That belief becomes the greatest resistance in the journey of Kundalini.

If you want to become simple again, you must expose yourself to natural forces.

Nature dissolves the false identity.

The Power of Natural Environments

These powerful energies cannot be accessed inside modern buildings in crowded cities.

They exist only in nature—where there is no pollution, no population pressure, and minimal human interference.

This place remains raw and untouched.

When you come here, you gain direct access to the open sky. High energies connect with you naturally.

In the Himalayan region especially, the quality of energy is extraordinarily powerful.

You do not need to do anything to feel that power. Simply being here is enough.

The Teaching of Kundalini

This is why I travel frequently in the Himalayas and conduct my projects here.

The message is simple.

Become simple.

Live your life without trying to become something.

That is what Kundalini truly wants.

Have a great day.

Now let me enjoy my time here.

Bye-bye.
