Kundalini and the Higher Energies of the Himalayas

This is what I have been telling you — what Kundalini wants.

First, have the feel of this place. This is a natural source of water. It is coming directly from nature, and it is ice cold right now. But even though it is ice cold, touching this water activates your vagus nerve, because this ice-cold water makes your nervous system come out of freeze mode.

Isn’t this a great way to come out of the freeze mode of Kundalini?

Also, I am at a height of about 2,000-plus meters above sea level. This is almost the top region of the Himalayan green zone, where vegetation is still in abundance.

Have a feel of the entire panoramic view of this place, and I will guide you as to why you need to be in this zone, why you need to trek in this zone, to feel your Kundalini yourself.

The Jerks of Kundalini Ascension

I have been getting jerks like this, and let me tell you, it has been continuous. That is why I thought I should express to you the moment it is happening to me.

Yes, this kind of jerking and shaking is happening because Kundalini got the prana, and it is now ascending higher.

This means that wherever you are in your journey, during the total life process of evolution, Kundalini needs the highest quality of divine energies of the Himalayas.

I have exposed myself to these divine energies, these ancient energies, the stored energies of the Himalayas, and she has got what she wanted.

Now she is like a rocket ascending upward.

What Happens Through This Process?

What will I get through this process?

I will get integration.

I will get integration of my consciousness and my Kundalini. My brain power will improve because the primitive brain gets activated here. When I walk through this dense forest, the primitive brain receives its food from the oils released by this natural diversity of vegetation.

Look at these mosses. I am sure you have never seen these before in this form. You may have seen lower mosses in many places, but look at the kind of vegetation growing out of them here. It is of a totally different quality.

Listen to the silence. There is no artificial sound reduction needed because there is no background noise. There is silence. There is peace. There is life. Everything is so natural here, kept exactly as it is.

There is not a single sign of human interference. You can see staircases made from natural rocks. These are actual rocks. No cement is used here. That is why the negative ions are in abundance here. The prana is in abundance. The oxygen is in abundance.

Cold, Height, and the Body’s Response

At this height, it is getting colder. But I am not feeling that much cold because of vasodilation that has happened due to trekking from that distance.

I will trek along this path, and you can trek with me. Have a feel of this place.

And yes, most importantly, Ganga Tulsi is found in abundance in this region. You can have a look at the plant itself, and then I will show you how it works and how it functions in the greater Himalayas.

This is the foothill region of the greater Himalayas — the snow peak mountains. So this is almost the foothill zone. At the foothills, you will find this kind of Ganga Tulsi, which is rich in natural oils that clear your nasal cavity and increase vasodilation.

When you crush these leaves — in the local language in Nepal it is called differently, and it is used for many purposes — it works like eucalyptus or the nose cleanser that you use. It is rich in oxygenating quality. This means that when you inhale it, the oxygenation in your blood improves, and the heart rate improves.

What Happens to You in This Region

So there are two things that happen to you when you are in this region, and this is what Kundalini wants.

First, vasodilation happens due to movement of your body. The more you move, the more carbon dioxide will be released into your bloodstream, and nitric oxide will also be released in your bloodstream. These two are great vasodilators.

Next, after vasodilation, what happens? When you inhale this air — or even if you do not deliberately inhale anything special, but simply breathe naturally while your respiratory centers are open — you are able to inhale fresh oxygen and fresh prana that go directly into your bloodstream.

Then the exchange of carbon dioxide and oxygen begins to take place in all your cells.

My body has become so much lighter. The energy channels have opened up, and Kundalini has started moving around my energy channels, giving me jerks and shakes like this. It is increasing as I ascend higher in altitude.

How to Prepare for This Kind of Trekking

So what preparation do you need for this kind of trekking or climbing in the greater Himalayas?

First of all, you need to walk every day. Wherever you are, if you are in nature, then walk. Have a practice of three to four hours of walking, seven to eight kilometers of walking every day, and start taking sip-by-sip water as you walk. This is the first thing.

The second thing is that you should keep some nuts and raisins with you — a combination of dry fruits — and keep eating little by little. You should not eat anything heavy. You can have a banana or an apple or any fruit that is digestible to you, but you should not eat heavy food in the morning.

You can drink a little tea, have some bread or something light, and start the walk by 10:00 a.m. when the sun is shining. Today the sun was shining when I started the journey, but almost after three to four hours of walking, now the sun is hidden because it is rainy season.

The Importance of the Rainforest Zone

Most important about this area is that it is a rainforest. This rainforest is extremely important for Kundalini to progress because of the highest quality of prana found in abundance in rainforests.

Next, while you are walking, you should have the practice of controlling your urination. This means that in such places you will not get toilets. You have to control your urination for at least one to two hours, and if the emergency arises, then you must be ready to pee in the jungle naturally, instinctively. That is the last option.

But if you practice controlling your urination, your pelvic muscles are actually built stronger.

Another Secret Preparation: Garlic and Ginger

Another tip and another secret for such preparation is to start taking raw garlic and ginger soup.

Raw garlic or ginger soup means you can boil them in water and take it regularly, or you can even take raw garlic and raw ginger in suitable quantities.

There are two important benefits of this combination.

First, both of them build immunity. Ginger helps in immunity build-up. Garlic also helps in immunity build-up.

Second, garlic acts as a blood thinner. Your blood needs to be thinner if you want to climb higher.

If your blood is thicker, it becomes difficult for you to climb to such heights.

Blood becomes thicker when your cells do not receive enough oxygen. This means that your blood is not carrying oxygen from the lungs properly and is not exchanging it with carbon dioxide efficiently.

But when you are climbing higher, if your blood is thinner because of vasodilation and because of regular intake of garlic over a period of time, you will not feel the pressure of climbing so high.

Oxygen Is Not the Same as Prana

Right now here, the oxygen level is not that great in the ordinary sense, but the prana level is high because of the abundance of trees.

As we ascend higher, as we go to greater altitude, the oxygen level drops. So you need to know that not all places which are rich in oxygen have a high volume of prana, and not all places rich in prana have the same oxygen density.

You have to understand how your body responds.

The Final Secret: Climb with Joy

The last secret is this: when you climb to such heights, you have to be happy, joyful, adventurous, and ready to take challenges.

You should know that you are not going to gain anything in the ordinary worldly sense out of this trek, out of this climb. You are going to become nothing.

You will actually feel that you have become egoless.

As I feel now, I feel oneness with this nature. I feel that there is abundance of life here. Each life is sprouting here in abundance.

You do not have to struggle for your existence here. You do not have to struggle for your space. You do not have to struggle for your attention. You do not have to pay attention to anyone. And neither any tree, any plant, any rock, any sand, any bird, any creature is seeking your attention.

That is why you get the highest of the highest benefit of becoming nothing.

Witness Consciousness in Nature

Here you can experience witness consciousness, which is in everything. Everything is one consciousness, one energy, and everything is aiding your progress in the ascension journey toward freedom.

You will feel that it is so much calmer to breathe.

If you want to feel expansive, then expand like this. Expand your spine, and Kundalini will ascend in you.

There is no competition. I am already the universe. I am already this Earth. I am already this energy field.

What do I need?

This living Kundalini working in me.

This will not happen on the top of Mount Everest because there is no oxygen there. Kundalini needs oxygen, prana, and the higher divine energies of the Himalayas.

I have been telling you this again and again, and this is what the beauty of this journey is.

I got what I wanted.

And the sun is now showing itself a little and shining on me.
