First of all, you must know that if you’re not taking sunlight, then you are getting sick day by day. And also, your spiritual journey is stagnant. Sunlight is the prime source of prana—life force—and without sunlight, you cannot process any energy in your body.

When to Take Sunlight
45 minutes to 1 hour after sunrise, and
45 minutes to 1 hour before sunset
—this is the best time to take sunlight, to absorb sunlight.
And you should look at the sun, gaze at the sun.
For example, imagine the sun is in front of you in a certain direction. Position yourself so that your face is turned towards that direction.
How to Gaze at the Sun
You need to:
- Keep your eyes open.
- Look at the sun for maybe 15 to 30 seconds.
