Kundalini and Neuroplasticity After Freedom
Kundalini and neuroplasticity after freedom. This topic is mainly to help you understand how neuroplasticity in the brain works, especially when memory loss happens in your freedom journey.
When you become free, when you become enlightened, when you become zero — reaching nothingness of consciousness — all the energy from the periphery is reclaimed back to the center.
When this happens, Kundalini erases memories and karmic remnants stored in the nervous system.
Why Memory Loss Happens
When the nervous system resets, you may forget how to operate in life. Cognitive functions may temporarily weaken.
Some people even forget basic activities:
- How to brush their teeth
- How to take a bath
- How to eat food
- How to perform daily routines
They enter a default state similar to a newborn baby.
A baby only knows sleeping, crying, and basic survival functions. Everything else must be taught.
Rebirth After Freedom
After Kundalini freedom, you are reborn.
This rebirth is not physical — it is neurological and energetic.
Just like a mother nurtures a baby and teaches basic functions, the Guru acts as a guide and nurturer during this phase.
This is a natural process.
No Need to Fear Neuroplasticity
There is absolutely no problem in rebuilding your brain and nervous system. This is where neuroplasticity becomes important.
You must consciously create new neural pathways.
The Three Foundations of Neuroplasticity
1. Intention
You must first have intention. For example, if you want to learn brushing teeth again, set the intention clearly.
2. Attention
Then bring full attention. When you pick up the toothbrush, do it consciously.
Try using your non-dominant hand — for example, use your left hand instead of your right hand.
This forces the brain to create new pathways.
3. Repetition
Repeat the activity consciously for at least 21 days.
Repetition builds neuroplasticity. The more repetition, the stronger the pathway.
Become a New Human Being
After freedom, you are learning to live as a new human being. Each habit must be rebuilt consciously.
Do not make this process esoteric. Do not fear forgetting.
This is part of the transformation.
Three Stages of the Journey
- Pre-Enlightenment Sadhana — preparation phase
- Post-Enlightenment Neuroplasticity — rebuilding phase
- Self-Expression Phase — living your individual life
Timeline for Neuroplasticity
Complete neuroplasticity rebuilding may take:
- Minimum: 6 months
- Average: 1 year
- Full integration: 2–3 years
Patience is essential.
Closing
Create your new life by creating new neuroplasticity.
Be patient. Stay consistent. Rebuild consciously.
Bye-bye.
