Stop Meditation After a Difficult Kundalini Experience

If meditation has triggered, awakened, or activated Kundalini in you, understand this teaching carefully. It can help you progress in your Kundalini awakening journey without causing further damage to yourself.

If you previously did too much meditation and it triggered or awakened Kundalini, this is the time when you should not meditate at all. If you still feel that you need to restart meditation because you want to experience what you felt earlier, then do it only under the guidance of an expert person or your Guru, who can guide you systematically.

Learn the Art of Patience

The second requirement is patience with both your Kundalini awakening journey and meditation practices. Kundalini is not a pill, a level, an achievement, or a goal that you attain through meditation.

Meditation is good to the extent that it does not disturb Kundalini. But when meditation itself becomes the reason for awakening or activating Kundalini, you have to be extremely careful with any meditation practice.

Be Careful With Breathwork and Pranayama

When I say meditation, I also include breathwork and yoga practices involving pranayama. Be careful with practices involving:

  • Controlling your breath.
  • Retaining your breath.
  • Monitoring your breath.
  • Changing the ratio of your breathing.

If you want to resume meditation after a difficult Kundalini experience, my advice is to stop doing anything that makes you excessively aware and alert. Instead, you need techniques that allow your breath to move on its own and allow your instinctive brain to take over.

Understand What Happened to Your Nervous System

My teaching is about activating your instinctive brain so that you do not even have to meditate. First understand what has happened to your brain and nervous system because of the difficult Kundalini experience that made your nervous system go haywire.

Your brain may have registered the Kundalini experience like trauma or a tragic event. Then any attempt to meditate can trigger your nervous system into freeze, fight, or flight mode.

Your nervous system moves into an extreme level of sympathetic breathing and becomes restless when you try to meditate. It does not become silent in the rest-and-digest mode. Instead of relaxing, your entire system remains in contraction.

Meditation Can Begin Affecting Basic Functions

When your nervous system remains in this state, each attempt to meditate can disrupt your sleep cycle, food habits, and the way you function in life. Your basic functions can begin becoming affected.

If you are concentrating only on meditation without working on the other aspects of Kundalini, those aspects need to be addressed now. Your first action is to understand Kundalini: What is Kundalini? What does she want? What is your life purpose? Why has she awakened within you?

Use Self-Introspection Instead

These questions need to be answered through internalization and understanding what is happening within you. If you want to do any form of meditation at this stage, use self-introspection meditation.

Sit silently for some time and ask yourself:

  • Why am I here?
  • What am I doing here?
  • What is the purpose of my life?
  • What is the goal of my soul?
  • Why has the soul awakened within me?
  • Why has this happened to me and not to other people?

There can be multiple questions. You need to get yourself admitted into what I call the University of Kundalini—the journey and structure of knowing yourself.

You Have to Walk Your Own Kundalini Path

This journey is not easy. It requires tremendous investment of your time, money, and energy in yourself. You cannot understand the intelligence of Kundalini merely by sitting at home, reading scriptures, listening to teachings or podcasts, or learning about other people’s experiences.

If you want to experience Kundalini, you have to walk your own path. Walk in nature, come into nature, explore yourself in nature, activate your instinctive brain, and expose your body to open space.

Why I Use Physical Projects

I conduct physical projects in natural environments because I work directly with students whose Kundalini has affected their nervous system. In one physical project, I worked with a student whose Kundalini had taken his nervous system into such a state that he had become bedridden and could not process his Kundalini.

After months of working on himself in his own country through different methods, he finally came to the Guru for a physical project with me. The importance of the physical project is that my power works directly on your Kundalini when you are surrendered to the process.

The First Meditation Is to Contact Your Guru

The best and first meditation you need to do is to contact your Guru. Your Guru will tell you exactly what needs to be done.

If you receive general advice to perform a meditation that your energy itself is not allowing you to do, it can create more havoc within your system. Many of my students have come to me after experiencing severe Kundalini conditions following work with different spiritual masters and receiving different kinds of Shaktipat from different sources.

I tell you that this is not practicality. You can enter a state where you feel there is no solution. I teach that the solution with me is foolproof: if you work on yourself in the right direction, eventually you will be able to meditate on your own.

The Best Meditation Happens on Its Own

The best meditation happens naturally. You do not have to meditate for Kundalini when you are continuously in a state of freedom.

When you become one with universal forces and nature, when you can feel these forces within you and experience them uniting within you, that itself becomes meditation. Your life becomes meditation. My life has become meditation.

When you can remain present with yourself and with the highest consciousness in each moment, you reach the state of meditation naturally. This happens when Kundalini flows continuously within you without resistance.

Move With the River of Kundalini

You may say you want freedom, but sometimes you do not actually want your life to become beautiful or truly free. You want only freedom from Kundalini.

If you have already experienced difficult Kundalini symptoms, your destiny is in the hands of Kundalini. But through your efforts, you can change your destiny by moving with the flow of the river.

Kundalini is the flow of the river. Move along with that flow. When you do this, you can become free and live the best life.

Get Clarity Before Restarting Meditation

Do not waste your time trying repeatedly to meditate after a difficult Kundalini experience. My advice is to stop meditating. I teach that continuing to force meditation at this stage will not give you results and can cause you more harm.

First get clarity and diagnosis of your Kundalini condition. Book your consultation for Kundalini diagnosis. After that, if you feel you want to work further on yourself, you can work with me through the physical project.

Get yourself shifted in life and begin working in the direction in which your life wants to move. When my life force wants me to sit somewhere, I sit there. This is the way I listen to Kundalini.

If you can begin living this way, you can become free. Get clarity through a real consultation that works directly on you.
